Telephonist​/Admin Officer

To operate and maintain the automated telephone service for the Coventry and Warwickshire Pathology service:
University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire;
George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust and South Warwickshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

To deliver a customer focused service and ensure that callers are processed quickly and accurately. To assist with the Senior Personal Assistant and Admin Manager with administration tasks.

Coventry & Warwickshire Pathology Services (CWPS) is one of the largest, and long-established networked pathology service providers in the UK and employs over 600 staff. Formed in 2008, CWPS is a managed network of laboratories hosted by University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW), providing services to South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust (Warwick) and George Eliot Hospital Trust (Nuneaton), as well as UHCW and the surrounding Primary Care providers.
