We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable dealership in Coventry, Warwickshire. • Basic salary up to £35,000, depending on experience
• On-target earnings of approximately £38,000, including bonus potential
• Bonus up to £3,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday working hours, 08:00 - 17:00
• Saturdays on a rota basis
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

• Conducting servicing, repairs, and diagnostics to industry standards
• Preparing, maintaining, and inspecting new, used, and courtesy vehicles
• Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
• Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and correctly on the first visit
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues and workshop staff
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

• IMI/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or workshop environment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
• MOT qualification advantageous; hybrid/electric vehicle experience desirable but not essential
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated team player with pride in workmanship
