• Generate actionable insights by analysing data from over 1700 retailers worldwide, identifying correlations and opportunities to enhance performance.
• Lead customer retention analytics, ensuring a globally consistent approach to metrics and driving improvements in how customer retention is measured.
• Own product development by managing the “Ideas hopper,” collaborating with teams to deliver enhancements and improve user experiences.
• Manage projects effectively to ensure timely delivery of stakeholder requirements and advancements in data capabilities.
• Monitor and report trends and achievements at market level, providing valuable insights to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Expertise in business analytics, including managing complex datasets, analysing trends, and summarising key recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across functions and regions.
• Proven experience in delivering results through cross‑functional collaboration and project management.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, creating impactful dashboards and visuals to relay insights effectively.
• An organised and results‑oriented mindset, with the ability to plan, meet deadlines, and motivate others to deliver.
