Our structured graduate programme is designed to immerse you in the fast-paced automotive industry. You’ll sit in our IT team at our Head Office, taking ownership of real projects and operational tasks. This is your chance to see your ideas come to life and make a genuine impact. You should have (or expect to achieve) at least a 2:1 in an IT related degree
, plus Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent). A UK driving licence is helpful but not essential – just be comfortable commuting to Coventry at least twice per week. We want self‑motivated, passionate, and innovative individuals with excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a creative mindset.
