Courier Operations Team Leader

As Team Leader, you will take ownership of supporting the day-to-day running of the E Solutions function while ensuring customers receive best-in-class carrier solutions and service support.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting and deputising for the E Solutions Product Manager when required Managing and coordinating team workloads to ensure smooth daily operations Working closely with Sales teams to support new business opportunities and customer growth Building strong relationships with parcel carrier suppliers to maximise service performance Supporting the development and testing of new system functions and multi-carrier platform enhancements Managing invoicing processes and carrier invoice reconciliations Handling operational escalations including claims, parcel issues, and customer queries Supporting onboarding projects for new customers, including Beta testing and implementation Producing SOPs, process documentation, and training materials Assisting with inbound and outbound consignments and courier quotations

What Were Looking For Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and delegate effectively
