Role Overview A full-time Business Development Manager is required to join their team in a hybrid capacity, based primarily from home, with occasional office visits to their Stockton On Tees site. This role involves identifying and securing new business, managing ongoing client relationships, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, meeting performance targets, conducting market analysis, representing the company at events, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of customised solutions.
Key Requirements Strong ability to source new business and maintain professional client relationships Experience in sales strategy development and target achievement Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team within a hybrid model Industry experience in managed print or related technology sectors is beneficial but not essential What You'll Gain A competitive salary package, including protected commission during onboarding and a base salary of up to £35,000.
