We are currently recruiting for a Spare Parts Sales Specialist to join a leading organisation within the engineering and automation sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced aftersales / customer service professional to join a fast‑paced, collaborative team, with a strong possibility of securing a permanent position.

• Prepare and issue accurate spare parts quotations
• Process customer orders using ERP systems
• Manage returns, repairs, invoicing, and credits
• Monitor open orders and ensure timely delivery
• Expedite backlog orders to maximise output

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide high‑quality support across phone and email
• Deliver service in line with SLA expectations

• Support customers using the E‑Store platform
• Assist with onboarding to digital systems
• Work with European teams to improve processes

• Monitor stock levels and manage backordersli>
• Support inventory optimisation
• Contribute to process improvements and KPI tracking

• Minimum 4 years in aftersales, customer service, or similar role
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP or JD Edwards desirable)
• Background in technical, engineering, or B2B environments preferred

• Strong communication and customer‑focused approach
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
• Team player with a proactive mindset

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
• Friday: 08:00 - 15:45

• Competitive salary up to £38,000 DOE
