AboutThe Role
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join the International and Strategy Relations team at the University of Warwick.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and update systems for the effective administration of multiple scholarship schemes as part of the Sponsor Relations portfolio, along with international partnerships.
- Arrange meetings across time zones.
- Support delivery of events.
- Manage resource email accounts.
- Organise incoming and outgoing international delegations.
- Support travel needs of other team members.
- Work accurately across a range of projects in Asia, Americas, and the Middle East.
Strong administrative skills and confident communication, with tact and intercultural awareness.
Team player willing to work collaboratively.
