Spare Parts Sales Specialist

Our client based in CV7, Coventry
, has an exciting opportunity for a Spare Parts Sales Specialist to join their team.

• £16.92 - £19.49 per hour (£33,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience)
• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
• Friday: 08:00 - 15:45
• Temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent
• Office-based position

• Prepare accurate and timely spare parts quotations for UK and Ireland customers using the ERP system.
• Process spare parts and service-related orders for UK and Ireland customers.
• Coordinate customer returns, repairs, invoicing, and credit processes.
• Proactively monitor and manage open orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Expedite sales order backlogs to maximise billing output.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Support customer engagement through the E-Store strategy.
• Collaborate with the European team to improve transactional efficiency.

• Monitor local stock levels and backorders, proactively addressing shortages and potential risks.
• Undertake any other duties as required by the Spare Parts Manager in line with the scope and grading of the role.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in aftersales or a similar role.
• Experience using ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4
  
  HANA and JD Edwards
  ) and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Previous back-office quoting experience within a technical or industrial B2B environment is desirable.
• Qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering
  , or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
