Coventry Building Society is seeking a Head of Product Governance to lead product governance and product risk for the Commercial directorate. The role owns the product governance framework and provides oversight and challenge on product assurance to deliver good customer outcomes across all product ranges.
Working with senior leaders, the postholder will engage with executives, regulators and external partners, set a clear commercial vision, and embed governance, controls and risk ownership
