Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Risk Manager/Analyst
We're looking for a T&C Supervisor to join the team and provide quality and risk oversight across Owl Financial's Protection Advisers. You'll play a key role in supporting adviser development, ensuring good customer outcomes, and helping advisers meet the expected standards.
Please note, this a field-based role therefore occasional travel may be required.

- Carry out adviser supervision activities in line with Openwork's standards and framework.
- Support advisers to develop their knowledge, skills, and competency.
- Identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement through file reviews, observations, and management information.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and coaching to advisers.
- Work with managers and stakeholders to address risks and improve adviser performance.
- Help create and monitor improvement plans where required.
- Promote positive customer outcomes and a strong conduct culture.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying emerging risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Build positive and effective relationships across the business.
- Experience supervising, coaching, or developing advisers is preferred
- An understanding of FCA regulation and customer outcome requirements.
- Experience reviewing adviser activity and identifying risks or quality concerns.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The confidence to challenge constructively while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and root causes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
- A collaborative approach and a passion for helping others succeed.
