Nationwide is seeking an experienced Incident Management Specialist to lead end-to-end management of critical incidents within unsecured lending, minimising customer impact and disruption.
You will act as the main escalation point, coordinating Incident Specialists and stakeholders across the business, providing real-time updates and ensuring compliant communications under FCA, PRA and Consumer Duty controls. Hybrid working is available, with travel to Chester on occasion.
