• Understand customer requirements.
• Ensure samples are completed efficiently and effectively following all processes, procedures, and legislation.
• Deliver on key performance indicators.
• Report and understand analytical data.
• Participate in the Taste and Odour panel on a rotational basis following screening.
• Assist team members to achieve work objectives.
• Proactively ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.

• Minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C (equivalent to Grade
  4) or above, including Chemistry, Mathematics and English.
• Applicants must also hold an A level, or an equivalent qualification, in Chemistry or a closely related scientific subject.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures, with a willingness to learn.
• Client‑focused approach with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to plan and organise own work area.
