t You We're looking for someone who is technically capable, commercially aware and passionate about delivering first-class ev

ents.
You'll ideally

• have:
  
  Previous experience in an AV Manager or senior AV Technician
• role.
  
  Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, lighting, staging, rigging and live event equi
• pment.
  
  Experience working within hotels, conference venues or the live events ind
• ustry.
  
  Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving s
• kills.
  
  Strong leadership and people management exper
• ience.
  
  The ability to work independently while also leading a
• team.
  
  Outstanding communication and customer service s
• kills.
  
  A professional, client-focused app

  Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Hiretrack experience would be advantag
