Drive seamless change and prepare the business for transformationWe are hiring an Associate Business Readiness Analyst on a 12 month FTC to support our Securing Operations programme. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that Cadent is ready for the IT changes that enable our digital future. You will manage process but also engage stakeholders, building readiness strategies, and supporting teams through every stage of change.
Working within our IT Digital Delivery team, you’ll define and deliver engagement, training, and deployment readiness activities. You’ll collaborate with project managers, business partners, and change agents to ensure that every IT project lands successfully and that impacted teams are supported before, during, and after go-live.
