Coordinate candidate activity including bookings, availability, schedules, and workforce requirements.
Monitor performance indicators such as attendance, coverage, delivery, and client satisfaction.
Provide regular updates, reports, and performance information to clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify risks, service issues, and opportunities for improvement, escalating where appropriate.

Exposure to recruitment operations, workforce planning, and commercial account management.
A varied role with clear impact on client satisfaction, business performance, and service delivery.
A supportive team environment with opportunities for development and progression.
What we offer
Award-winning benefits package.
Structured training and ongoing professional development.
A supportive, values-led culture with clear development pathways.
Recognition for high performance and contribution to client and business success.
