In this role, you will:
Drive membership retention and growth across the North, contributing to CIH’s strategic objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with housing organisations and sector partners, ensuring CIH’s products and services are well understood and aligned to the needs of the sector. Work closely with member groups and networks to identify opportunities to enhance our offer, including local events, webinars and other engagement activities.

Act as a trusted point of contact for members across the North of England, sharing information, gathering feedback and championing member interests within CIH. Collaborate with other CIH departments to grow our offer, constantly driving high standards of customer service You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service. Highly organised and proactive with a positive, solutions-focused approach, you’ll thrive in a collaborative and flexible team environment and be passionate about supporting the housing sector.
