Conrad Consulting is recruiting an Assistant Commercial Manager to support the commercial delivery of a major infrastructure programme.
This role will suit a commercially focused professional with at least five years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of NEC3 contracts.
Responsibilities include:- Supporting contract administration and payment processes.
- Assisting with change management and commercial reporting.
- Monitoring contractual obligations and commercial risks.
- Working with project and site teams to support effective delivery.
- Five or more years of relevant commercial experience.
- Good knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
- Understanding of payment, change control and contract administration.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
The role requires approximately three days per week on site in Suffolk.
