ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and supportive early years setting in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality care, meaningful learning experiences, and a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
Take full responsibility for the Key Person role, ensuring children’s developmental needs are met and progress is accurately recorded.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development through play-based activities.
Follow all nursery policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety.
Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
What We’re Looking For

Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (UK recognised – essential)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)
A caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
