Thorn Baker are looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a temporary position starting tomorrow. They are a leading developer seeking additional support on a site in Coventry.
Skills:1+ years experience in traditional new build housing as an Assistant Site Manager
Job Duties:You will work alongside the Site Manager, focusing on the back end of the site which includes snagging, customer care, and handing over plots.
Required Qualifications:Valid SMSTS certification, CSCS card, First Aid training, and a Driving Licence
Knowledge andSkills:
Strong knowledge of traditional new build housing processes, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions:Work is based on-site in Coventry, West Midlands. Full-time hours with occasional flexibility required to meet project deadlines. Will involve working outdoors and in varied weather conditions.
