Rate: £320 - £380 per day - PAYE OR Umbrella PAYE ONLY

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy Construction project project in Coventry, this will be working on a University project for a Main Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
Managing snagging lists and quality control
Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager for Main contractors
Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates
- Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
Excellent communication and organisational skills
