Project Manager – New Build Housing

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of new build residential housing developments across Warwickshire. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional with a strong background in residential projects who can manage multiple stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will play a key role in coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality housing developments from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full lifecycle of residential construction projects from pre-construction to completion

* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

* Monitor build progress and maintain project programmes

* Oversee health & safety compliance and site standards

* Chair project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management

* Liaise with architects, planners, local authorities, and other stakeholders

* Identify and resolve construction, programme, or resource issues

* Ensure quality standards and building regulations are met

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential construction or house building

* Experience delivering new build housing developments

* Strong knowledge of UK construction processes and regulations

* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills

* Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (preferred)

* SMSTS and CSCS certification desirable

* Full UK driving licence
