Job Description
Quantity Surveyor – Refurbishment projects focusing on decarbonisation works in Social Housing around the Coventry area.
Key Responsibilities- Use your commercial expertise to drive refurbishment projects.
- Take ownership of key contracts and serve as an essential team member recognised through training and progression.
- Lead subcontractors, manage material procurement and oversee commercial aspects.
- Minimise costs and maximise value for money while adhering to legal and quality assurance requirements.
- Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent.
- Member of RICS.
- UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.
- £45k - £52k.
- Car allowance and a salary sacrifice company car.
- Company bonus.
- Training and progression opportunities.
