Excavator Driver

Overview

We are recruiting for a 360 Driver to join a major HS2 infrastructure project in Coventry. The role is on a PAYE basis and offers long‑term work for candidates with the correct cards and tickets who want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.

• Operate a 360 Excavator on the HS2 project.
• Carry out earthworks and excavation works safely and efficiently using GPS.
• Set up and operate own GPS equipment.
• Work from drawings and site plans.
• Operate around live earthworks operations.
• Remain productive in a fast‑paced site environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Card.
• GPS experience essential.
• Must be able to set up and operate own GPS equipment.
• Previous experience operating 360 Excavators on major civils/infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures on site.
• Experience working around live earthworks operations.
• Reliable and proactive attitude towards work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
