Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager Manchester £50,000 - £55,000  Bonus (OTE £75,000) Car Allowance Benefits We are recruiting for a Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager to join a growing Building Services contractor delivering Mechanical and HVAC projects across the North West. This role is ideal for an experienced Mechanical Estimator, Pre-Construction Manager or Project Manager with strong commercial awareness and Design & Build experience.

The Role You will manage projects from initial enquiry through to handover, building client relationships, developing technical solutions and producing accurate estimates.

Responsibilities include:

Managing all pre-construction activities Building relationships with existing and prospective clients Undertaking site surveys Producing estimates, tenders and cost plans Reviewing specifications and design criteria Assisting with design development and equipment selection Obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations Managing project risks, exclusions and qualifications Supporting project delivery teams where required Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role Mechanical / HVAC Building Services contractor background Design & Build project experience Estimating and tendering experience Strong technical and commercial understanding Client-facing and relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Applications are welcome from Pre-Construction Managers, Mechanical Estimators, Senior Estimators and Mechanical Project Managers with estimating experience.
