Our client is a well-established and growing multi-disciplined surveying consultancy who are currently seeking a proactive and ambitious Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Bury St Edmunds. They deliver a diverse range of projects across the education sector, including refurbishment and capital works programmes within school environments. This consultancy is a trusted partner to academy trusts nationwide, offering services including building surveying, estates strategy planning, energy consultancy and funding support.

As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a mix of professional and project-led services across education sector portfolios. This will include undertaking condition surveys, producing detailed reports and supporting feasibility studies to assess project viability. You will be involved in managing projects from initial planning stages through to completion, including supporting contract administration, overseeing programmes and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role will involve regular client interaction, working closely with academies and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of estate improvement works. Building Surveyor

Job Requirements:
