Position
Building Surveyor (Permanent) – £36,000 – £44,000 per annum
LocationCoventry
Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day workload delivering projects effectively and ensuring all projects are completed with snags and defects addressed and delivered on time within budgets.
- Lead fire compartmentation projects from inception to completion using competent and accredited contractor services.
- Provide advice to in‑house maintenance teams and design teams where required.
- Conduct building condition surveys across the estate.
- Manage contractors ensuring quality, performance and health & safety.
- Oversee projects valued from £100k to £500k.
- Experience producing technical drawings and proficiency in AutoCAD.
- HNC in Building or equivalent, with experience in client‑side surveying or property role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
