Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a Site Manager for Acton to oversee internal and external planned maintenance projects within social housing on a 15 year framework. You will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, ensure works meet specification and standards, and perform pre/post inspections with safety and quality checks.
Required are SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness, and a valid UK driving license with own vehicle.
