ITS Construction Professionals is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations on a live residential development in Coventry. You will drive safety, quality, and programme performance while coordinating subcontractors and reporting to the Contracts Manager.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in residential house building, strong leadership and NHBC knowledge, and holds SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS (Black/White), and a full UK driving licence.
