Romans Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a large residential development on the Suffolk/Norfolk border. The project comprises ~10 blocks/phased sections and will run for around 78 weeks, starting October 2026.
You will manage all on-site activities, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality targets are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating trades, supervising suppliers, and reporting progress to the Project Manager.
