O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy new build residential development in the Coventry area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a freelance Site Manager to step onto a well‑organised site with an immediate start available.

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and to programme.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety.
• Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks where required.
• Liaising with the project team to ensure smooth site delivery.
• Monitoring quality and ensuring work is completed to specification.

• Valid SMSTS
• Valid CSCS Black or Gold Card
• Valid First Aid at Work
• Previous experience managing new build residential projects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to hit the ground running.

• Immediate start.
