Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking an External Site Manager for a project in Southampton, encompassing facade works, steel frame, recladding, remediation and high rise demolition. The role can be permanent or freelance (12-18 months).
You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitor progress against the programme, conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures, and carry out quality assurance to required standards.
