Melior Associates is recruiting for an Estimator to join a privately owned contractor with an annual turnover of approximately £65 million. Based in Southampton within the Building & Refurbishment team, the role offers exposure to a varied portfolio of refurbishment and construction projects.
As an Estimator you will prepare detailed cost estimates, undertake site surveys, liaise with clients and suppliers, and assist with procurement and programme planning.
