Site Manager – School Refurbishment Project

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in Coventry starting Monday 27th July. A live school environment will be involved, with pipe repairs, radiator replacements and general mechanical refurbishment works.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all refurbishment and mechanical works within the school.
- Ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe and functional school environment.
- Previous Site Management experience in refurbishment / M&E works.
- Experience working in live environments.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
- Basic DBS check.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Rate:
Negotiable depending on experience.
