FM Conway is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Structures division, based at our London head office. You will manage commercial activities on major infrastructure and minor works, oversee change control, and identify contractual risks and opportunities.
You will lead the procurement strategy, monitor cashflow, and mentor the commercial team. A degree in Quantity Surveying, solid industry background, and a CSCS card are essential; familiarity with JCT, ICE, and NEC
