£25,000 - £33,000 + Training + Long-Term Development + Bonus

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Estimator to join a well‑established specialist contractor. You will receive hands‑on training from experienced professionals while working on a wide range of commercial construction projects across the UK, gaining exposure to the full estimating process and visiting projects nationwide.

This specialist contractor delivers high‑quality drylining, suspended ceilings, partitions, fire protection and interior construction packages on commercial developments throughout the country. With a strong reputation, a secure pipeline of work, and a collaborative team environment, the company prides itself on investing in people and developing careers for the long term.

In this role you will support the estimating team by preparing tenders, measuring quantities, interpreting drawings, obtaining supplier quotations, and assisting with commercial submissions. You will attend occasional site visits and tender meetings across the UK and develop your commercial knowledge.

• Assisting with tenders, estimates and Bills of Quantities
• Reviewing drawings and obtaining supplier quotations
• Supporting experienced estimators on commercial projects
• Attending occasional site visits and tender meetings across the UK

• Construction or estimating experience
• Strong numerical and IT skills
• Eager to learn and develop long term
• Positive team player with excellent communication skills
