Site Manager

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager for a heavily office-based role supporting the delivery of their civil engineering projects. The role will focus heavily on site paperwork, permits, RAMS and project documentation, with regular communication with site teams and project management.

A company van and fuel will be provided.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

* Managing site paperwork and documentation

* Preparing and reviewing RAMS

* Managing permits and permit applications

* Maintaining site records and project files

* Ensuring health and safety documentation is up to date

* Coordinating with Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors

* Client liaison

* Monitoring compliance with project requirements

* Supporting site teams with documentation and permits

* Attending site when required

* Reporting to the Project Manager

Site Manager Requirements:

* Black or Gold CSCS

* SMSTS

* Strong civil engineering background

* Previous Site Management experience

* Strong experience with RAMS, permits and site documentation

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Good IT skills

* Full UK driving licence
