Teamforce Labour are currently seeking 2 experienced Groundworks Supervisors for an immediate start on Monday at the Isle of Grain, Kent.
Requirements:- Gold CSCS Card
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Previous experience supervising groundworks/civils teams
- Strong understanding of site health & safety
- Experience overseeing drainage, ducting and roadway works
- Supervising groundworks teams and daily site activities
- Overseeing drainage, ducting and roadway build-up works
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
- Coordinating labour, plant and materials
- Conducting briefings and ensuring RAMS are followed
- Liaising with site management and other contractors
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and workmanship
