Releaf is the UK's leading medical cannabis clinic. With over 170 staff, we connect patients with specialist clinicians, streamline access to prescriptions, and support thousands of people across the UK. We're on a mission to rethink healthcare - making specialist medical care more accessible, more human, and more effective.
The roleYo'u’ll report into our Head of Performance Marketing and sit within the performance team, working closely with our Paid Search and Paid Social Specialists. This is a hands-on design role split across two areas:
UX for paid media landing pages. Yo'u’ll have full accountability for the design of our paid media landing pages: the experience someone has the moment they click an ad. User flows, wireframes, final designs, testing and iteration are all yours, and so is making them convert.
Design for paid channels. Yo'u’ll create the static and video creative that runs across our paid media, predominantly Meta ads, with other channels likely to follow as we grow.
Owning both ends of the journey means you control the message from first impression to conversion. The best person for this job understands that a great ad isn't just one that looks good. It stops the scroll, earns the click, and lands on a page that converts. Yo'u’ll be doing it in a category where advertising is tightly regulated, so accuracy and compliance matter as much as performance.

- Stay current on platform formats, UX best practice and what's actually working

- Solid UX fundamentals: user flows, wire framing, prototyping, information hierarchy, and mobile-first, accessible design
- Hands-on experience testing and optimising…
