Position Summary

Job Title: Customer Support Administrator

Location: Coventry, Ansty Park

Hours: Shift - Sun-Thurs of 1.5% uplift for weekend work.

Duration: Permanent

The Role

We’re recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a high-performing team within a global aerospace organisation. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll take ownership of key accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive a seamless, responsive service.

You’ll act as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams, managing everything from quotations through to delivery, playing a vital role in both customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries, providing timely and professional responses
  • Prepare and issue quotations, working closely with pricing and estimating teams
  • Process and acknowledge customer orders accurately within agreed timelines
  • Track global deliveries and proactively communicate updates or delays
  • Resolve customer issues relating to orders, logistics, or billing
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Follow up on quotations and support revenue generation
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order management
  • Experience using ERP systems, such as SAP
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
