Spare Parts Sales Specialist (UK & Ireland) Coventry (Office-Based) £16.92 - £19.49 per hour (£33,000 - £38,000 per annum, DOE) Full-Time | Temporary (with potential to become permanent) About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Spare Parts Sales Specialist to join a leading organisation within the engineering and automation sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced aftersales / customer service professional to join a fast-paced, collaborative team, with a strong possibility of securing a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities Order Management & Aftersales Prepare and issue accurate spare parts quotations Process customer orders using ERP systems Manage returns, repairs, invoicing, and credits Monitor open orders and ensure timely delivery Expedite backlog orders to maximise output Customer Service Build and maintain strong customer relationships Provide high-quality support across phone and email Deliver service in line with SLA expectations Digital & Sales Support Support customers using the E-Store platform Assist with onboarding to digital systems Work with European teams to improve processes Inventory & Continuous Improvement Monitor stock levels and manage backorders Support inventory optimisation Contribute to process improvements and KPI tracking About You Experience Minimum 4 years in aftersales, customer service, or similar role Experience using ERP systems (SAP or JD Edwards desirable) Background in technical, engineering, or B2B environments preferred Skills Strong communication and customer-focused approach Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive mindset Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45 Friday: 08:00 - 15:45 What's in It for You Competitive salary up to £38,000 DOE Early finish every Friday Opportunity for permanent employment Work within a global, industry-leading business Supportive and professional team environment Apply Now If you're an experienced aftersales or customer service professional looking to work in a technical, fast-paced environment - we'd love to hear from you.
