Unite Group, via its Unite Students brand in Coventry, is seeking a Student Experience Team Member to welcome students, resolve issues, and assist with bookings and events. You’ll partner with the Student Experience Team Leader and other departments to create a warm, safe home for residents.
You’ll lead flat viewings, support wellbeing, and help organise vibrant community activities, while upholding CARE values and delivering excellent service across day and night shifts.
