Grubtech is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our fast-growing UK team. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, support ongoing success with our platform, and help drive adoption and retention while working remotely from the UK.
In this role you will onboard new customers, manage relationships, monitor product engagement, resolve issues, and feed feedback to product and engineering to shape the roadmap.
