MSX International in Coventry is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to support the Jaguar Land Rover One App launch within the Jaguar/Land Rover Customer Relationship Centre. You will handle enquiries, guide customers through fixes, and record resolutions in our ticketing system.
The role is a 12-month fixed contract, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a 4-week induction at Jaguar Land Rover Whitley and Grad Bay onboarding. Benefits include pension, healthcare, and life assurance.
