Adecco is hiring a Customer Order Processor (Nights) in Cockermouth. You will process large volumes of orders received by voicemail, email and online portals, enter orders accurately, and manage the sales inbox with priority on urgent requests.
You will also handle customer credits, respond to inquiries via live chat and email, make outbound calls to resolve issues, and coordinate with the Night Assembly Team to meet nightly dispatch deadlines.
