Listers Group Limited is seeking a Service Advisor for its Audi Dealership in Coventry. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00 with Saturday rota work. Base salary up to £32,000 plus a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £38,000.
You will deliver excellent customer service in a busy environment, coordinating with workshop and other departments to ensure smooth vehicle handovers. You will build rapport with customers, schedule workloads, update progress, and help upsell services.
