Listers Group Limited is recruiting a Service Advisor for its CUPRA Dealership in Coventry. The role runs Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 with Saturdays on a rota, and offers a basic salary plus a monthly bonus with an OTE of £36,000.
You will manage customer satisfaction in a busy environment, schedule workloads with the workshop, and keep customers updated on progress while aiming to upsell services.
