Leasys in Coventry is seeking a customer service adviser to deliver first-line support across phone, email and digital channels, handling standard enquiries quickly while following scripts and processes.
Location:
Coventry Office Based - 3 days a week in the office, with 2 days at home after training. Salary: £26,000 - £26,500 based on experience. You will manage case creation, routing and documentation in CRM and contribute to SLAs and customer satisfaction.
