Corpay is hiring a Call Centre Operative for its UK Product Support division, based in the Meriden office. You will handle outbound calls to Service Centre users with overdue Service Booking and VOR requests, guiding them through the required actions and keeping records up to date.
The role requires a solid customer service background, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to work methodically to targets. Training is provided and a collaborative team environment is emphasised.
