Morson Talent is recruiting on behalf of Severn Trent to join their Coventry contact centre as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor on a dedicated night shift. You will handle customer calls about water supply issues and perform related admin tasks overnight.
The role offers 37.5 hours per week across four nights (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon), with pay starting at £13.72 per hour plus uplifts for evening and overnight sessions. Full training and onboarding are provided to support a smooth start.
